BĒT Vodka is a premium-pour vodka made from Midwest grown sugar beets, rooted in the soul of a farm cooperative and distilled in Minnesota. BĒT was launching their product and website in 2015 and needed food pairings to compliment the spirit, and to inspire their audience to enjoy and share the made-with-love spirit. I created food pairings and recipes that were simple and brought out the essence of good quality, humble ingredients – just as BĒT itself. Each pairing and imagery was prepared and styled to further tell the story of an elegant palette that compliments the vanilla-spiced liquor.
