Turnip Rock Farm is a beautiful sustainable farm nestled in the lush green Wisconsin country side. Photographer Elissa Johson and I spent a day there documenting the story of amazing people, their farm, their hard work, and a labor of love that gets turned into a delicious cheese and vegetables. I used seasonal vegetables grown on the farm and their handmade cheese to come up with recipes that honor the farmer's hard work, and reflect on their philosophy of farming.
